🌺 What This Meditation Supports:
This isn’t just a relaxation tool—it's a bridge back to your body. Rooted in the science of vagal toning, muscle down-training, and limbic system safety, the meditation encourages the mind to communicate safety to the pelvic floor muscles, reducing the overactive guarding response that contributes to pain and penetration difficulties.
Through calming breathwork, visualization, and gentle cueing, you’ll:
✅ Reclaim a sense of sovereignty and softness
in your pelvic bowl
✅ Learn to shift from fear or hypervigilance to gentle attunement
✅ Train your brain and body to associate safety with relaxation in the pelvic floor
✅ Tap into the healing frequency of compassion toward areas holding pain or shame
✅ Build trust with your body through repetition and reverence
🌀 Why It Works:
Pelvic floor pain is never just physical. It's influenced by your nervous system, trauma history, belief systems, and relational experiences. Whether your symptoms are rooted in chronic muscular tension, birth trauma, sexual pain disorders, or shame stored in the body, this meditation acts as a complementary tool to help shift your system into healing mode.
By familiarizing yourself with your inner landscape—from womb to vulva—you create new neural associations: “I am safe. I am soft. I can open.”
This process is ideal as a supplement to pelvic floor therapy, EMDR, somatic sexology, breathwork, or hormonal optimization protocols.
🙏 How to Use:
- Lie in a comfortable, private space where you feel safe
- Use headphones to deepen the immersive soundscape
- Allow the words to guide you into deeper sensation, without expectation
- Practice daily or weekly as part of your healing routine
- May be used before intimacy, pelvic exams, or dilator training to soften resistance
❤️ For Every Woman Who’s Ever Felt:
- “My body is betraying me.”
- “I want to be close, but it hurts.”
- “I feel broken.”
- “I’ve tried everything, and nothing has worked.”
- “I’m afraid of my own body.”
This meditation was made for you.
You are not broken. Your body is brilliant and protective. And with time, guidance, and gentleness, it can learn to release.

Instructions
In a quiet and safe space, close your eyes, take a few full, deep breaths into the depths of your stomach. Get into a comfortable position by either sitting with your legs uncrossed, with good posture in a chair that allows for your feet to be planted firmly on the ground or by laying down with your back flat on the ground, knees bent upward toward the ceiling and your feet planted firmly on the ground.Listen to the guided audio script and follow the instructions to reconnect with your body and counteract the muscle spasming that causes hyper-constriction and pain. For optimum results, this can be performed daily, and at minimum 3x / week every week until improvement in pain alleviation and sexual performance is observable.
